Uploading a Routine

Video requirements

Supported formats: MP4, MOV, AVI. Maximum file size: 500MB. The video should clearly show the full routine from start to finish.

Required fields

• Event — Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, or Floor Exercise
• Gymnast Level — JO Level 1–10, Xcel (Copper through Sapphire), or Elite
• Judge's Score — The official score given by the judge (0–20)

Optional fields

• Routine Details — Describe the skills performed (e.g., "Back handspring, back tuck. Dismount was a front tuck.") This helps improve accuracy.
• Date of Routine — When the routine was performed. Used for progress tracking.

After submitting

You'll be redirected to the analysis page. Processing usually takes a few minutes. When it's done, use 1 credit to unlock and view the full deduction report.
