Credits and Purchasing

What are credits?

Each routine analysis costs 1 credit to unlock. You can see your balance in the nav bar (lightning bolt + number). Click it to go to the Credits page.

Purchasing credits

Go to Credits, choose a package, and complete checkout with a credit card. Credits are added to your account immediately after payment. You'll be redirected to your dashboard.

Redeeming coupon codes

If you have a coupon code, enter it at the top of the Credits page and click Redeem. Coupon codes are case-insensitive. You can also enter a code when creating your account. If you forgot to use it at signup, you can redeem it anytime from the Credits page.
